Any person of good character and reputation who is a professional in the field of commercial real estate with less than five (5) consecutive years of experience may become a Candidate Member of the Corporation, provided such person is working in a Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate. Candidate Membership shall continue for no more than five (5) consecutive years, at which time membership must be re-approved by the Board of the Directors for Active Membership.
