Any person of good character and reputation who is a professional in the field of commercial real estate may become an active member of the Corporation provided, that a person has at least five (5) consecutive years of experience in a Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate (as defined below) and has current direct involvement in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate. Active membership shall continue until resignation, death, failure to meet qualifications of an Active Member or removal for cause as provided in the CREW West Michigan Bylaws.
